SARS has introduced eDNA as a security measure in order to minimise the risk of fraudulent transactions as well as to safeguard taxpayer information. This entails that your fingerprints will be captured and authenticated when visiting a SARS branch for certain services.

The Beaufort West branch is situated in an agricultural town based mainly on sheep farming, in the Western Cape Province.
