SARS has introduced eDNA as a security measure in order to minimise the risk of fraudulent transactions as well as to safeguard taxpayer information. This entails that your fingerprints will be captured and authenticated when visiting a SARS branch for certain services.

The George branch
George branch is situated in the commercial hub of the Garden Route in the Western Cape. Our new branch offers modern facilities giving you a better service experience. The new branch is also 500 meters away from the Go-George bus stop, making it easy for taxpayers using public transport to access the branch on foot.

- Dedicated Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMME’s) service desk. To qualify as an SMME, you need to be the actual owner with a per annum business turnover of between R0 and R20 million.

Where to park:
The branch has limited parking space available to taxpayers, however, it is conveniently located next to the Garden Route Mall as well as the Eden Meander Mall which both offer ample parking.
