I confirm that I am aware that the Personal Information that I provide herein, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No 4 of 2013), will be used solely for the purpose of recruitment within SARS. I further confirm my acceptance that my appointment will be subject to a positive outcome of the relevant checks done / commissioned by SARS within the applicable legal parameters, i.e. pre-employment screening, vetting and integrity assurance testing, and should I be appointed, I will further be required to declare my private interests on an annual basis and I will comply with all applicable SARS policies. ​
