Our trainee programmes are regarded by many as unmatched within the public service sector.
These programmes facilitate learning from leaders and experts through mentorship and coaching. The Internship Programme helps interns to gain work experience and meet the requirement of the Higher Education Institutions in order to be awarded their qualifications. We also recruit final year students at Higher Education Institutions to join our Graduate Trainee programme. Matriculants with good scores in English and mathematics or accounting are considered for the Learnership Programme which is work-based and combines a structured learning component along with practical work experience. Learners with potential for success in Higher Education Institutions are provided with financial assistance through our Bursary programme.
